Job Description
Onsite Support analyst for Hitachi Energy Transformers- Business Solutions IT Organization in Blumenau, SC. As an OSS analyst, you will provide desk‑side IT support for all issues requiring physical intervention, support incident resolution by working closely with other IT teams, and act as the primary customer‑facing contact for various IT functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for on‑site and remote users, troubleshooting issues related to printers, mobile devices (MFA, Wi‑Fi, email), shared accounts, factory PCs, network connections, and peripherals.
- Prepare, configure, and deliver computers and IT equipment in a ready‑to‑use condition.
