As a crisis management specialist, you will respond to workplace trauma and deliver tailored interventions according to organizational needs. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Your role will involve both individual and group interventions, enhancing overall workplace mental health.
