Opportunity Description
Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced Butcher to join their team in Arbo, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in butchering meats and poultry, preferably within an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship. Responsibilities include thawing, butchering, and preparing meats according to a schedule, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with stock rotation using FIFO procedures.
The position requires knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the ability to comply with health regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
