Onboard Wine Program Leader — Tastings & Training

EXPLORA JOURNEYS is looking for a Cellar Master to lead the wine operation onboard, ensuring high-quality service and training for the F&B team. Responsibilities include managing the wine list, facilitating tasting events, and maintaining beverage operations.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of wine experience and preferably hold a certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Level 3-4. Fluency in English and knowledge of additional European languages is highly regarded.
