Opportunity Description
The function of the onboarding team is to administer the hiring process for Pinnacle Group's billable resources. The Onboarding Lead Analyst is responsible for managing the transition of new employees into Pinnacle Group effectively, accurately and timely. The Onboarding Lead is accountable for training new onboarding analysts, ongoing supervision of the team, and onboarding new consultants. In addition, this individual is responsible for ensuring onboarding deliverables are consistent with client requirements, issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner, and client satisfaction is achieved throughout the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising a small team (3-5 people) and will be service minded, with an eye for details. Experience with basic US employment regulations and with employee onboarding is required.
