Onboarding Manager

As the Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers experience a seamless, high-performing, and brand-aligned shopping journey. This role supports day-to-day eCommerce operations, store optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new ecommerce clients, overseeing Shopify setup, configuration, and launch readiness to ensure a successful implementation
• Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing clear communication, structured timelines, and proactive follow-up
• Support clients with order, platform, and account-related questions, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries
