**Job Overview**
Provides information technology support across a range of products and platforms.
Works closely with the OneKey (healthcare professional Database) operation team to manage and align processes.
Maintains continuous communication with clients to understand their requests and inquiries, stays aware of ongoing projects, and acts as a primary point of contact between clients and the OneKey operation team.
**Essential Functions**
+ Provides a broad range of information technology support activities across multi-platform environments.
+ Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates break/fix resolutions related to system operations and networking activities.
+ Develops solutions to complex problems with minor intervention from the direct manager or team leader.
