Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through online platforms (Lazada and Shopee).
- Coordinate with the online operations team to resolve customer concerns.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in automotive parts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or as a counter partsman.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Willing to be assigned to the Quezon City head office – ONSITE
- Can start immediately
