Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
0-1 Growth Architecture: Architect and execute performance marketing strategies from scratch to drive aggressive user acquisition, community growth, and platform engagement in international markets.
Hands-On Campaign Execution: Manage and scale multi-channel digital advertising campaigns hands-on, primarily leveraging Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (UAC/SEM), and emerging programmatic networks.
Performance Optimization (ROI/CPA): Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding algorithms to continuously lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
Attribution & Data Tracking: Establish robust full-funnel tracking and attribution models (via AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), delivering actionable growth insights and performance dashboards to leadership.
