Responsibilities
- Operationalise approved channel investment plans and activation frameworks into detailed execution timelines and deliverable checklists — maintaining a single source of truth for campaign readiness.
- Own end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution governance across all channels including Samsung.com paid media, marketplace marketing solutions, affiliate marketing, and Live Commerce.
- Lead, coach, and manage two campaign managers (secondment) — assigning clear execution ownership, ensuring independent delivery, and intervening only to unblock rather than absorb their execution work.
- Govern all campaign budget usage: ensure every activation is supported by approved documentation raised before campaign commencement.
- Act as the day‑to‑day execution interface with appointed agencies, translating management direction into briefs and validating all agency outputs against approved plans, scope, and budget.
