Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day trading and content management of SweatyBetty.com.
• Compile accurate daily, weekly, and seasonal reports on trading performance, including sales, product, conversion, content, and onsite behaviour; use data to drive decisions and optimise customer experience.
• Develop and maintain the trading calendar and content strategy, delivering streamlined content and tactic plans with clear customer journey mapping.
• Prepare sites and deliver sale, seasonal marketing campaigns and personalised experiences throughout the year, providing seamless and commercially effective customer journeys from marketing channels.
