Provide field oversight of construction activities for various projects within the protected area and station. The majority of the time will be spent in the station. Attend project and vendor/contractor pre‑job meetings as directed. Complete walk‑downs, provide coaching, and inputs to the observation and coaching database. Provide problem‑solving support to vendors and stakeholders to resolve safety, quality, technical, schedule, and productivity issues. Be an integrated member of the project team and refurbishment program. Review and understand project schedules and support the schedule look‑ahead process. Early start time is required per vendor work schedules and occasional weekend coverage may be required. Qualifications
