Position Summary/Description:
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking individuals with clinical and research interests in childhood cancer for an open rank faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. Preference will be given to candidates with neuro-oncology and solid tumor interests and experience. Rank, track, and protected time will be determined at a level commensurate with the applicant’s experience and accomplishments. Clinical responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, participation in clinical trials, and the teaching of fellows, residents and medical students in a children’s hospital and comprehensive cancer center setting. Board eligibility or certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology is required.
