OpenShift L1 Support Engineer – Cluster Health

IDC TECHNOLOGIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an L1 Operational Support Specialist for Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms. You will perform daily health checks, monitor cluster availability, and troubleshoot common platform issues.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in infrastructure and Linux operations, along with basic OpenShift and Kubernetes knowledge. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is essential.
