Jey Technical Requirements

• Role: OpenShift Software Engineer
• 10+ years of software engineering experience or demonstrated deeper experience setting up infrastructure and tools that enable scalable, secure, and efficient software development and deployment. You'll work closely with Technical Delivery Manager, Development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Must have recent working experience in managing OpenShift (OCP) environments in enterprise‑scale production deployments for at least 5+ years.
• 3+ years experience with containerization and orchestration tools - Docker, Kubernetes is a must.
• Hands‑on experience within infrastructure setup and sizing, performance tuning, and capacity assessment for AI workloads.
• Relevant experience in Banking & Financial Services IT is required.
