Job Description - Operating Theatre Manager The Operating Theatre (OT) Manager reports to Director of FeM Surgery and Director of FeM Surgery Pte Ltd. The OT Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, efficiency, and safety of surgical operations within FeM Day Surgery. This includes managing of staff, resources, surgical schedules, infection control standards, and ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance across perioperative services.
Key Responsibilities: Operations & Resource Management . Oversee daily functioning of operating theatres, including scheduling and room allocation. . Ensure optimal use of resources, theatre time, and surgical instruments. . Liaise with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing teams to ensure smooth case flow. .
