About the role
This is not a traditional assistant job. You'll be embedded in the day-to-day of a multi-faceted financial services business and expected to grow into a general manager over time. We move fast, we're results-driven, and we need someone who can keep up, anticipate needs, and take ownership.
What you'll do
· General operations — learn how the business runs, handle administrative tasks, support scheduling and communications, and gradually take on more strategic responsibilities.
· Accounting and Bookkeeping— support our accounting team record transactions, verify AP and AR.
· Portfolio transition support — help onboard and manage new loan portfolios, organize data, track accounts, and ensure smooth handoffs as the business grows.
