Operation Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

An Operation Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operational activities and carrying out installation works at site locations. The role requires coordination, physical installation work, basic troubleshooting, stock handling, and ensuring tasks are completed according to company standards and safety requirements.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in daily operational and warehouse activities.
• Assist in stock in, stock arrangement, stock count, and inventory handling activities.
• Work closely with the inventory team to ensure proper stock movement and accuracy.
• Perform installation, dismantling, and maintenance works at customer or project sites.
• Carry out cutting works when required, including cutting metal, aluminium, and wood materials using suitable tools and equipment.
