Responsibilities
- Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments.
- Handling airline bookings and procedures.
- Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents
- Handle customers enquires, quotations, oversee agent correspondence and offering solutions.
- Handling Pre-Alert to destination offices/agents.
- Printout HAWB, manifest & MAWB to airlines
- Billing for local deliveries and verify vendors’ invoices.
- Issue invoice to customers and agents.
- Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
- Scanning of documents and filing into Kendox Archive.
- Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents.
