Job Responsibilities
- Perform office management support services at alternate sites, as and when required or needed
- Assist the Ops Executive when additional help is required to perform office management support services as and when required
- Assist Team LEad in by collating from all sites on the various office management services for consolidation of the Monthly Report to the Authority
- Check and conduct annual verification of AEDs
- Monitor items in the First Aid Box to ensure that there are sufficient supplies and the supplies are usable
- Procure and replenish of office sundries and stationary supplies when items are running low
- Verify, perform goods received and payment for new purchases
- Liaise with officers on room and facilities booking within the building
- De-conflicting of bookings due to priority of events/meetings
