Responsibilities
- Assists in monitoring staff discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and administer staff training and development programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor training completion status.
- Manage customer feedback and complaint resolution processes.
- Monitor service quality and customer experience across all branches.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for service quality improvement.
- Monitor branch appearance, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance requirements.
- Conduct branch inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare reports for the Chief Staff Officer.
- Track action plans, improvement initiatives, and branch performance indicators.
- Coordinate communication and follow up actions between branches and management.
