OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily rental and service operations for construction machinery and equipment. Coordinate daily maintenance schedules for all sites with company equipment. Plan maintenance schedules for customer machinery. Prepare quotations, delivery orders, service reports, invoices, and related documents. Arrange transportation for equipment delivery, collection, servicing, and maintenance. Communicate closely with customers, drivers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor equipment availability, job status, and site requirements. Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt operational support. Maintain proper filing and updating of operational records and documents. Track equipment movement, breakdown reports, and service schedules. Ensure operational tasks are completed within deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Support the Operations Manager in daily coordination and administrative duties. Job Requirements
