Key Responsibilities

• Accurately type and prepare visa applications, forms, and supporting documents.
• Review client-provided information and ensure completeness of documentation.
• File visa applications through online portals and physical submissions, as per embassy/consulate requirements.
• Maintain and update records of filed applications and track their status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing or additional documents.
