TCU resets, signal loss, OTA download/flash failures, CAN/OBD anomalies, power and cellular issues.Analyze OBD logs, UART logs, TCU dumps, and telematics traces; prepare pre‑RCA data packs with VIN and scenario traceability.Validate issues on bench setups (HIL/SIL where applicable) and document clear reproducibility steps.Support OTA trials and regression checks for hardware‑dependent features; verify preconditions and rollback safety.Maintain diagnostic toolkits, triage checklists, and versioned playbooks; close feedback loops with field teams.
