Nursery & Supply Chain Support
- Nursery Management: Assist the Head of Farming in managing a team of farm hands to ensure a consistent, high-quality supply of seedlings.
- Crop R&D: Help execute trials on new crop varieties and nutrient inputs to optimize yield and flavor.
- Inventory Control: Ensure the nursery is organized and stocked to meet the demands of our growing Singapore footprint.
- Installation & Maintenance: Work on the frontline with our urban farmers to install and service Grobrix walls in prestigious locations.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador. Whether you’re talking to a Chef or an Office Manager, you’ll provide expert advice on plant care and harvesting.
- Farm-to-Table Integration: Help clients understand how to best use their harvest, bridging the gap between urban farming and culinary use.
