Operation Support Officer

• Provide cleaning and operational support services in school
• Assist with logistics support for school events (moving/arranging tables and chairs)
• Ensure school premises are safely secured during closing duties
• Escort and supervise contractors carrying out facilities management works
• Monitor and report cleaning/toilet supply stock levels
• Assist with simple administrative duties such as checking deliveries and compiling documents
• Report building faults to Operations Manager using WhatsApp or similar applications
• Perform any other operational support duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Primary 6 education or equivalent
• Able to use WhatsApp or similar messaging applications for reporting
• Physically fit to handle logistics duties
• Preferably with cleaning and/or customer service experience
