an Operational Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational
teams through high-quality reporting, analysis and performance insight that
helps drive service improvement and customer satisfaction.

This
is a varied and collaborative role where you’ll work closely with operational
teams, stakeholders and data colleagues to develop dashboards, reports and
performance information that supports decision-making across the business.
