Operational Data Services Officer

Role

This role is an Operational Data Services Officer who will have the opportunity to learn and work on delivering
services across our core portfolio, which covers our Student Loans, statutory return and
Curriculum data management work – carrying out business critical returns to SLC & HESA, providing day-to-day
support, resolving problems as they arise and identifying areas for future improvement and development.

It is an exciting time for Student Loans services as we look to adopt the government’s new Lifelong Learning
Entitlement student loan scheme, which will mean adapting our data processes to accommodate these new
requirements. Your work will support the student journey and ensure that our student data management
meets changing business needs and priorities.
