Operational Excellence Specialist

About the role:

The operational excellence specialist role exists to deploy and embed the operational excellence standards into Site to deliver the business strategy and improve business performance (quality, safety, service, cost, cash, sustainability, innovation and people) through continuous improvement.

Role responsibilities:

• Support day‑time deployment of HAPS and performance improvement activities at site, delivering according to the HAPS implementation approach / road map agreed with Site Director, Regional HAPS lead and Site Operational Excellence lead.
• Work with line managers to identify and agree priorities for HAPS deployment.
• Support continuous capability development of self and others, developed by the HAPS Core team to lead cycles of improvement.
• Actively role‑model HAPS skills and behaviours.
