Operational Readiness Engineer - Electrical

Vena Energy Shared Services Pte. Ltd. ROHQ is looking for an Operational Readiness Associate in the Philippines. In this role, you will support project readiness for safe and compliant operations by bridging the Construction and O&M Teams. This includes overseeing readiness activities, coordinating handovers, and monitoring training programs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and have 1–3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with compliance processes and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
