Location: St. John's, NL, Canada
CORE brings together the necessary elements of a project to achieve nameplate value and deliver peak asset performance. We take a staged approach to verifying technical readiness and ensuring organizational preparedness, right up to achieving full operational capacity.
Travel: 30% to 40% of the time, including site assignments and fly‑in/fly‑out arrangements as required.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Role model, safety culture, collaborative leadership, and behaviors.
- Develop and implement operations and readiness strategies and lead operations readiness planning for large, complex projects.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across project phases to sustain operations.
- Liaise with senior EPCM and commissioning stakeholders during project planning phases to ensure interfacing and alignment.
