The primary purpose of this position is to serve as principal assistant to CDD Director for development, prioritization, synchronization, and staffing of capability driven requirements to enable development and fielding of material solutions for execution of time sensitive military operations. **Salary ranges include local market supplements.** Responsibilities Requirements Subject Matter Expert responsible for identifying, developing and capturing capabilities based technical requirements and leads O-6 level quarterly operational needs and project reviews. Provides combat development and support expertise in the planning, developing, and coordinating requirements for the fielding of state of the art, tactical combat survival and support equipment.
