Operational Resilience Officer

About the role

As we continue to evolve our Operational Resilience Framework, owned by our Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and championed across the business by our Chief Operating Officer (COO), we’re looking for a proactive and insightful individual to help bring this framework to life across MIB.

In this role, you'll work closely with the COO to support the implementation, embedding and continual improvement of resilience practices that protect the services our customers rely on.
