Operational Risk Manager

The Operational Risk Manager will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of key risk frameworks for the bank, partnering with all business areas to ensure a sound risk management environment. This role involves working across multiple non-financial risk domains to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while enabling sustainable growth.

• Take ownership of the Risk Controlled Self-Assessment (RSCA) programme.
• Support in spearheading the Bank's effort on RCSA by updating the existing templates, restructuring the impact assessment matrices and control efficiency ratings.
