Opportunity Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for anOperations Adminto join a leading Company located in theKenner, LAsurrounding area.
The position is multi-task with emphasis on the use of several software for Vendor invoice management, Purchase Order receiving transactions, and Dispatch relief. The person will need to be active in standing and walking to the front door for visitors, going to the food storage room to discuss vendor paperwork questions, etc .
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ Good use and knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheet skills
+ Detail oriented
+ Good basic math, analytical, follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Familiar with ERP software and SAP experience a plus
+ Airline and food manufacturing industry experience is helpful
+ Ability to adapt well to change and change management
+ Must be able to understand and apply...
