Mission & Role Summary

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is crucial for optimizing hotel performance and driving strategic operational excellence across the region. The primary mission of the role is to provide analytical, project, and administrative support to the Head of Operations and the Area Managers. The Operations Analyst is the central hub for monitoring hotel performance, proposing operational efficiencies, P&L improvement opportunities and supporting key area projects.
