Join our Operations & Technology team as an Operations Analyst (15-month contract), where you’ll support the day-to-day rhythms of investment operations, help resolve system and data issues, and contribute to process improvements. You’ll work closely with experienced teammates in a collaborative environment as you build your technical and business skills.
What You Will Do
Operational Support & Daily Activities
- Be a first point of contact for day-to-day questions, triaging issues and escalating more complex items to senior team members.
- Help log, track, and triage JIRA tickets, gathering details and escalating as needed to support timely resolution.
