Operations and Administration Intern (Paediatrics)

Job Scope:

Process Documentation and Improvement:

• Review and document existing administrative processes
• Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Propose and implement improvements to streamline processes
• Assist in creating flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Research and suggest potential RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI solutions for routine tasks

Data Management and Analysis:

• Assist in data entry, organization, and maintenance of departmental databases
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes
• Create reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations

Administrative Support:

• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Project Assistance:
