Wotton House International School is a small, independent international school in Gloucester for pupils aged 5–19. As we enter an exciting new phase of development, we are strengthening our leadership and operational systems to support a more distributed leadership model.

We are seeking a highly organised, practical and reliable Operations and Compliance Manager to oversee the administrative, regulatory and operational systems that underpin the school. The successful candidate will ensure these systems are robust, well documented and consistently followed.

The role also has responsibility for the quality, integrity and effective use of school data, ensuring that information supports operational decision-making, statutory returns, inspection readiness and the efficient running of the school.
