The Role

We are seeking an Operations and Engagement Manager (maternity cover) to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the Wheeler Institute for Business and Development at London Business School. Working closely with the Executive Director in a small, agile team, you will combine operational excellence with strategic engagement to support high‑impact research, events, and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Institute, including office management, systems, and processes.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of high‑quality in‑person, hybrid, and online events and projects.
  • Support financial management, including budgets, procurement, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Manage communications, digital platforms, and CRM systems to support audience engagement.
