Operations Associate

Operations Associate Reports to: Operations Manager Location: Patel Nagar, Delhi (full-time, on-site) Role Summary You will be the execution engine for Stage 1. Your role is to gather accurate data from 40+ team members every week, maintain clean Excel trackers, and support the creation of professional dashboards that leadership will use to drive improvements. Key Responsibilities Collect weekly performance data from all departments using standard templates (offline follow-ups, calls, shared sheets) Validate data accuracy and chase gaps daily Maintain master Excel files and update dashboards with fresh data and graphs Support Operations Manager in preparing weekly leadership review packs Flag any process issues observed on the ground (especially warehouse and repair workflow problems) Gradually help departments move from ad-hoc to disciplined weekly reporting Requirements 1-4 years experience in operations support, data analysis or MIS reporting Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, ch...
