What You’ll Do As a Post Operations Associate
- Support the end-to-end flow of home delivery orders within established service standards
- Work directly with stores and home delivery carriers nationally to resolve pending orders and customer return transfers
- Ensure products are returned to stores or distribution centers within targeted timelines
- Monitor and manage order flow between customers, carriers, and stores to prevent delays
- Provide timely and accurate updates to internal partners regarding delivery status
