Role: Operations Associate - North America
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ
Hours: 1pm-10pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £28,000 with an OTE of £29,000
Contract: Fixed Term until end of December 2026
We’re looking for an ambitious Operations Associate to join our Client Care team to play a vital role in the day‑to‑day management of our North American account base, made up of long‑standing clients and new clients signed up by our expert sales teams.
Our Operations Associates help to ensure all our clients receive a high‑quality and timely service by partnering with different teams in the organisation – such as Account Managers, Copywriters, Post‑Production and Technical Teams.
