InPost Iberia is one of the fastest-growing markets in the InPost Group. As the network scales, the complexity of how we operate across deployment, field service, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional workflows increases. Many of our current processes are manual, fragmented, and slow. The Operations Automation & AI Specialist is a new role inside the Network Operations enabling team, reporting directly to the Head of Network Operations. This is a hands‑on technical role for someone who builds things. You will map how we work today, identify inefficiencies, design smarter processes, and use AI and automation as the primary levers for improvement.
