Operations & Compliance (Nano Futures)

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute daily settlement, reconciliation, and P&L processing for all futures products (gold, crypto commodities) via Polamedia, Nexus, and ICDX — flagging discrepancies to the Operations Manager immediately.
• Prepare, compile, and submit all mandatory Bappebti periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on schedule; maintain client registration files, KYC documentation, and member records.
• Execute ISO 27001 controls at the operational level: maintain ISMS evidence repository, logs, control records, and exception registers; coordinate technical evidence with the CTO/IT team.
• Monitor NDA expiry dates, counterparty agreement renewals, and regulatory license timelines; surface alerts to the Operations Manager at minimum 30 days in advance.
