Location: Waikato Hospital, Hamilton, New Zealand. Full‑time on‑site position, fixed term 12 months, 80 hours per fortnight.

About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will facilitate the recruitment of nurses, health care assistants, anaesthetic technicians, and administrators within the Theatre and Anaesthesia team. The role involves managing multiple recruitment reports, monitoring progress, and maintaining accountability within a dynamic peri‑operative environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment of nursing, health care assistant, anaesthetic technician, and administrative staff.
• Manage and maintain recruitment reports to drive progress.
• Adjust recruitment plans in response to changing staffing needs and priorities.
• Support administrative duties that sustain the peri‑operative environment.
