Job Description:
Regional Liaison & Communication: . Act as the primary point of contact for the Regional Shopee International Platform & Cross Border (SIP CB) team, participating in daily/weekly sync-ups in English to align on targets and operational constraints. . Translate regional requirements into actionable local Standard of Process (SOP) for the Sorting Center (SOC) and Regional Center (RC) teams. Volume Reconciliation & Data Expertise: . Perform daily Volume Reconciliation between local warehouse systems and regional SIP dashboards to identify gaps or 'missing parcels.' . Develop and maintain tracking files (using Advanced Excel/SQL) to monitor the end-to-end journey of SIP parcels. . Analyze discrepancies in 'Pending' vs. 'Shipped' status and drive root cause analysis for any aged backlog. Operational Control & FIFO Management: . Work closely with the SOC team to ensure SIP parcels follow strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) logic to meet international shipping lead times. . M...
