Operations Delegated Data Analyst

Purpose of the Role

Data is one of AEGIS London’s greatest assets. As the Operations Delegated Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational delivery of delegated data processes, with a focus on the efficient, accurate and timely handling of bordereaux (risk, premium and claims data).

Duties and Accountabilities

• Working with our third‑party provider monitor the end-to-end processing of delegated data (risk, premium and claims), including bordereaux sourcing, mapping, validation, reconciliation and issue tracking in our Bordereaux Management System
• Monitor bordereaux receipt and retrieval, ensuring completeness and timeliness, with escalation of gaps where required
• Perform bordereaux validation against agreed standards, business rules and Lloyd’s reporting requirements
