Operations Director (E-commerce)

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Executive Board, the Operations Director will be the architect of the company’s fulfillment and logistics ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain flows, strictly manage 3PL performance, and champion operational excellence initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability during both BAU (Business As Usual) and mega-campaign peaks.

Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning

• Strategic Blueprinting: Define, cascade, and govern quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the Operations department (Supply Chain, Logistics, and Ops Excellence).
• P&L & Budget Control: Formulate the annual Operations budget. Establish rigorous monitoring frameworks to track expenditures and ensure cost-efficiency against approved financial targets.
