Operations Director, IEA

Are you an inspiring leader with solid commercial foresight and a professional background in operations? We are looking for a motivating leader to deliver operations objectives by planning and supplying the right flow of goods to our customers and developing the operations organisation in line with the company strategic plans.

In this role you will report directly to the General Manager, IEA and lead an 8‑person team, collaborating with regional and local teams to increase consumer responsiveness and closer customer collaboration.

• Develop the future strategy for IEA Operations in line with the overall IEA business plan.
